How to add an asset
Two routes, and the right one depends on whether the file belongs in version control.
- Firebase Storage — upload into
mediakit/<group>/where group is one ofspeakers,identity,banners,documents,templatesorphotography. It appears on this page immediately, with no rebuild and no deploy. Use this for finished artwork from UJ marketing, the PowerPoint template, and event photography. - The repository — add the file under
assets/and a row tosite/content_mediakit.py, then rebuild. Use this for anything that must be reproducible from source, and for anything the site itself renders.
