The brief asks for these and nobody has made them yet. Listed rather than quietly omitted, because the gap is the useful information — this doubles as the production checklist.
| Asset | Status | Owner |
|---|---|---|
| Event logo / wordmark | Generated in this build as an SVG wordmark from the event title. If UJ marketing produces a designed mark, upload it to mediakit/identity/ and it replaces this one on the page. | Filmon / UJ graphics |
| PowerPoint template | A common slide template every speaker uses. Assigned in the planning outline; not produced. Blocked on nothing - it needs the event wordmark settled first. | Simphiwe + Filmon |
| Professionally designed flyer | UJ marketing was asked to produce the finished version of flyer v3. Until it arrives, v3 above is the authoritative flyer. Decide which artefact is authoritative before either is edited again. | UJ graphics |
| Congress logo authorisation | Written confirmation that the WCPH mark may be used on masterclass material. Unanswered - the congress contact has not been identified. | Dr Malila |
| Certificate of attendance | Design plus 80 printed copies. Blocked on two scanned signatures and on the sponsor question above. | Filmon |
| Event photography | Registration, keynotes, audience, networking, group photograph, sponsor branding, certificate presentations - plus separate group shots of speakers, students, and presenters with facilitators. Upload to mediakit/photography/ after the event. | Filmon |
How to add an asset
Two routes, and the right one depends on whether the file belongs in version control.
- Firebase Storage — upload into
mediakit/<group>/where group is one ofspeakers, identity, banners, documents, templatesorphotography. It appears on this page immediately, with no rebuild and no deploy. Use this for finished artwork from UJ marketing, the PowerPoint template, and event photography. - The repository — add the file under
assets/and a row tosite/content_mediakit.py, then rebuild. Use this for anything that must be reproducible from source, and for anything the site itself renders.
